With a little luck, FC LIVERPOOL's Tommy Thompson got control of the ball when Kuddusî Erdemli tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Ozon Fc getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Semi Akdoruk hit a great ball. After 20 played minutes Ozon Fc got a freekick which was hit by Semi Akdoruk. Semi Akdoruk kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Ozon Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Zima came free, but Edvin Skålberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvin Skålberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Eneko in the 26th minute of play. Tommy Thompson was a little too slow when Asım Suat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-1. Edvin Skålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Zima, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute of the match FC LIVERPOOL got a corner. Ozon Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boguslaw Hoffman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Boguslaw Hoffman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ozon Fc's Edvin Skålberg did a great save. The supporters of FC LIVERPOOL booed when Ozon Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Semi Akdoruk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Ozon Fc defense, Sylwester Zima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvin Skålberg. The Ozon Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvin Skålberg should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Ozon Fc booed when FC LIVERPOOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Eneko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Edvin Skålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ed Sills, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
