The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Blågula Fantomer FF got a freekick which was hit by 谢希晨. 13 minutes into the game, Joaquim Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sverker Tönnberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, Joaquim Ribeiro notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Blågula Fantomer FF's Sverker Tönnberg. Sverker Tönnberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sverker Tönnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Sverker Tönnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Ribeiro in the 26th minute of the match. When Sören Melberg fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blågula Fantomer FF's protests and gave Sören Melberg a yellow card for diving instead. Sören Melberg kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Sverker Tönnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Ribeiro in the 28th minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blågula Fantomer FF's goalkeeper Sverker Tönnberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Joaquim Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sverker Tönnberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 谢希晨 to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Ribeiro in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sverker Tönnberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquim Ribeiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sverker Tönnberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Joaquim Ribeiro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 57th minute. Henning Vollander's late challenge caught a FC Fura Balizas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henning Vollander helped the player get up and apologised. Henning Vollander hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Joaquim Ribeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Sverker Tönnberg made a huge save. Sverker Tönnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Blågula Fantomer FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lourenço Nascimento was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Fura Balizas's players had a chance to rest. Joaquim Ribeiro in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
