The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Nuno Manarte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Léo Tinoco. Bonita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nuno Manarte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charles Tavares during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 minutes, Rolando Nascimento made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bonita's Léo Tinoco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Primatas FC's Diamantino Jacinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Léo Tinoco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Primatas FC booed when Bonita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Primatas FC's Rolando Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Tinoco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Diamantino Jacinto struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Léo Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Primatas FC. If Rolando Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Aírton de Amorim in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Primatas FC's Luís Fernandes Braga. After 27 played minutes Bonita got a freekick which was hit by Dino Dante. 30 minutes into the match, Nuno Manarte notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Bonita's Léo Tinoco. Léo Tinoco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Léo Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Manarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute Cezary Walaszkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Lima Clemente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léo Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Jacinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Dino Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel De Matos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Léo Tinoco having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cezary Walaszkiewicz made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Cezary Walaszkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Lima Clemente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Diamantino Jacinto took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Léo Tinoco to make any attempt to save it. When Cezary Walaszkiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bonita's protests and gave Cezary Walaszkiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. Léo Tinoco was a little too slow when Rolando Nascimento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-7. With a little luck, Bonita's Léo Tinoco got control of the ball when Rolando Nascimento tried to sneak it across the goal line. Léo Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Rodrigo Dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Léo Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Jacinto in the 91st minute of play. Adalberto Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bonita's zone, Diamantino Jacinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Léo Tinoco came out of the goal and Diamantino Jacinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the match, Bonita's goalkeeper Léo Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Nascimento. 95 minutes into the match, Rolando Nascimento notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Bonita's Léo Tinoco.
