After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The Mersin İdman Yurdu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Levent Sadan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Santiago Urtats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Kıraç Rikap left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mersin İdman Yurdu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Mersin İdman Yurdu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
