An unexpectedly hard shot by 李霆鹰 in the 28th minute of play forced Esportivo Lucca MZ's goalkeeper Emílio Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The VfL Bochum 1848 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 庄凡昂 should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 李霆鹰 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 86th minute, German Malmonje left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esportivo Lucca MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 李霆鹰 in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emílio Fernandes saved Esportivo Lucca MZ from getting behind. VfL Bochum 1848's attack was well implemented in the 90th minute, but when 李霆鹰 was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The Esportivo Lucca MZ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
