João Carlos Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodriguinho Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Ryszard Barycz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Carlos Lucas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Gernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Arboleda to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Ryszard Barycz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Nilson Peres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gernando Azevedo went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Rodriguinho Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Gustavo Scarpa could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Nilson Peres however easily saved by the left post. Gernando Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Nilson Peres made a huge save. Nilson Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ryszard Barycz made a kick off. João Carlos Lucas was a little too slow when Ryszard Barycz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 1-2. If Ryszard Barycz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Robert Arboleda with Ryszard Barycz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 61 played minutes Los Andes FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Arjen Robben. If Gernando Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. João Carlos Lucas came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz. But to his dismay, Ryszard Barycz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ made a substitution. Luís Paulo do Nascimento replaced Arjen Robben. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Jardel Baggio replaced Ryszard Barycz. Nilson Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Boguslaw Tarasek replaced Evelio Rico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Recife in the 81st minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Flavius Postelnicescu got a free kick in the 89th minute.
