With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean-Charles Gauche in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. Dove Roig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Hurmuzache having to interfere. Horea Hurmuzache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dove Roig in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Pacôme Cugnet hit a great ball. Mathieu Bouziane kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Adam Rednic who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Norbert Domenech when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Horea Hurmuzache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dove Roig in the 32nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, David Greblă took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Norbert Domenech to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 40 minutes, Dove Roig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herblay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dove Roig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pacôme Cugnet charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pacôme Cugnet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mathieu Bouziane hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. 50 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Rednic came free, but Norbert Domenech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Dove Roig blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horea Hurmuzache having to make a save. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Iosif Asachi hit a great ball. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dove Roig didn't get a good kick on the ball. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save DINAMO from getting a goal against them. Dove Roig struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Horea Hurmuzache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herblay. Dove Roig scored 1-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horea Hurmuzache, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dove Roig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Hurmuzache having to interfere. Adam Rednic took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Norbert Domenech. Norbert Domenech dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 94th minute Adam Rednic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Domenech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norbert Domenech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Bobocea in the 95th minute of play.
