With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karel Peterka in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Domenech saved Herblay from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dove Roig got free with Markus Borkovec in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner ended in Lucien Decottignies almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FK Eldema Mstišov's Markus Borkovec did a great save. Herblay's Dove Roig was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Damián Muroň fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Domenech having to interfere. FK Eldema Mstišov's Markus Borkovec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Charles Gauche in the 29th minute of play. Jean-Charles Gauche's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Markus Borkovec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Karel Peterka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Norbert Domenech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FK Eldema Mstišov's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Jean-Charles Gauche scored to the left of an out of position Markus Borkovec, making the score, 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karel Peterka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Božetěch Paul could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Norbert Domenech however easily saved by the left post. In the 56th match minute, FK Eldema Mstišov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimír Prudký to maneuver through the defense. Lucien Decottignies recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Markus Borkovec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dove Roig in the 60th minute of the match. Karel Peterka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucien Decottignies couldn't finish the play. Lucien Decottignies hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Herblay's Norbert Domenech got control of the ball when Božetěch Paul tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Karel Peterka managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Eldema Mstišov's supporters rose to their feet, but Karel Peterka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norbert Domenech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 97 minutes into the match, Herblay's goalkeeper Norbert Domenech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Božetěch Paul. For all the effort they put into the match, the FK Eldema Mstišov players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Herblay.
