A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Thierry Cottard hit a great ball. If Benedykt Mochadlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dove Roig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute Iwo Rybak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Domenech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match, Dove Roig got a very nice opportunity to score, but Patryk Solibieda was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 24th minute of the match Lucien Decottignies sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patryk Solibieda skillfully saved the ball. If Dove Roig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norbert Domenech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Drozdowski in the 30th minute of the match. Bogumil Balonek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Domenech having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Popowicz in the 32nd minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Norbert Domenech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Tolek Popowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC WAWER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Herblay the free kick. Tolek Popowicz hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Benedykt Mochadlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When FC WAWER's Benedykt Mochadlo in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Herblay's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dove Roig stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Korytkowski during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC WAWER getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Emil Korytkowski hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Léon Mons had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patryk Solibieda. FC WAWER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Léon Mons was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Redouane Caffier charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Redouane Caffier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Redouane Caffier to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Redouane Caffier put in a rough tackle. 61 minutes into the game, one of Herblay:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 67th play minutes Benedykt Mochadlo shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Norbert Domenech and just under the crossbar into goal. Benedykt Mochadlo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 69th playminute. Norbert Domenech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Mochadlo in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Herblay booed when FC WAWER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walery Koczara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Korytkowski hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Lucien Decottignies shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patryk Solibieda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mustapha Guilbert's late challenge caught a FC WAWER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustapha Guilbert helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute of the match, Benedykt Mochadlo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Norbert Domenech saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Benedykt Mochadlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Norbert Domenech. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedykt Mochadlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Iwo Rybak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Patryk Solibieda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léon Mons in the 97th minute of play. The FC WAWER players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
