The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Koča Yarangga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xofre Astola, 1-0. After some careless play in the Black Cloud FC defense, Duardo Bolantin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Şener Yurtseven. The Black Cloud FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Şener Yurtseven should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koča Yarangga in the 16th minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Xofre Astola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Duardo Bolantin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Şener Yurtseven was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute Duardo Bolantin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şener Yurtseven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Battal Cüneyt Özbil hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Xofre Astola made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Koča Yarangga sent off a good shot on target. When Colon Mestre fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borussia Dortmund's protests and gave Colon Mestre a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Black Cloud FC booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Colon Mestre didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Borussia Dortmund's Xofre Astola got control of the ball when Koča Yarangga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Black Cloud FC's Adamo Amić got a free kick in the 40th minute. 44 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goal looked a bit too open when Koča Yarangga came free, but Xofre Astola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aşkın Nasih in the 46th minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Xofre Astola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Necdet Bala charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Necdet Bala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Black Cloud FC got a freekick which was hit by Necdet Bala. In the 48th match minute, Black Cloud FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necdet Bala to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 49 minutes into the game, when Ahmet Tolga Hicabi put in a rough tackle. In the 51st minute there was a penalty for Borussia Dortmund. Artizar Vede stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Şener Yurtseven. 1-3. The Black Cloud FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Borussia Dortmund were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Duardo Bolantin made the kick off in the second half. Adamo Amić hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Şener Yurtseven was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Artizar Vede. In the 73rd match minute, Black Cloud FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muammer Özak to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Koča Yarangga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şener Yurtseven made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Duardo Bolantin sent off a good shot on target. Duardo Bolantin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şener Yurtseven having to interfere. Şener Yurtseven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duardo Bolantin in the 97th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Koča Yarangga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xofre Astola was relentless in the 100th minute of the game.
