Xofre Astola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdo Manurga in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fernando Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute, Pedrinho Cavalcante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute of the match Bela Reynoso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Fernando Silva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jovens Democratas MZC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
