A sloppy throw-in by Filiberto Remigio in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Hellas Verona's 鲁升晨. Cornelio Asier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 梅光海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Matias Rufio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 郝博寒, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, 肖钢超 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 于轩钢 struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Matias Rufio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hellas Verona. The supporters of Hellas Verona booed when dynamo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Ponc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 郝博寒 in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Rufio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolfo Haimar was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 18 minutes, Hellas Verona's 于轩钢 got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Matias Rufio. 23 minutes into the match, Hellas Verona's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Firme came free, but 梅光海 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 梅光海 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melchor Firme went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 宋夕凡's late challenge caught a dynamo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 宋夕凡 helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hellas Verona getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. 宋夕凡 hit a great ball. Hellas Verona's attentive 宋夕凡 managed to snatch the ball when Feliciano Ramos made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. 34 minutes into the game, 郝博寒 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matias Rufio. 郝博寒 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 郝博寒 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Hellas Verona's Matias Rufio threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 郝博寒, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 41 minutes, Wilfredo Ponc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the dynamo and the Hellas Verona players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of dynamo booed when Hellas Verona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. 宋夕凡 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 郝博寒 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, dynamo's goal looked a bit too open when 郝博寒 came free, but Matias Rufio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Hellas Verona's 郝博寒 got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliciano Ramos made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Camilo Xabier. 75 minutes into the game, 宋夕凡 threw the ball into play from the sideline. dynamo's Wilfredo Ponc quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 86th match minute, Hellas Verona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 傅梁渊 to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to dynamo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Wilfredo Ponc hit a great ball. 郝博寒 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Rufio having to interfere. Matias Rufio came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Hellas Verona's 于轩钢. But to his dismay, 于轩钢 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The throw-in from 于轩钢 in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by dynamo's Filiberto Remigio.
