The referee showed 严阳远 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Slovan Bratislava getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. 严阳远 hit a great ball. 罗昂渊 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bavo Landewijck in the 11th minute of play. Federico Anzolin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 罗昂渊 having to interfere. Bavo Landewijck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 罗昂渊 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bavo Landewijck in the 21st minute of play. 严文森 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Chico Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 罗昂渊 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Adolfo Hulberto sped through Slovan Bratislava's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 罗昂渊. 潘挺庭 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Bavo Landewijck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 罗昂渊. Slovan Bratislava's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bavo Landewijck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 43rd minute, Vânderson Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Carnaubeir EC's goal looked a bit too open when 康克斌 came free, but Guillerme Batuecas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Bavo Landewijck notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Slovan Bratislava's 罗昂渊. 罗昂渊 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bavo Landewijck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Slovan Bratislava's 罗昂渊 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Slovan Bratislava from getting a goal against them. Chico Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. 罗昂渊 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bavo Landewijck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 罗昂渊 came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Carnaubeir EC's Bavo Landewijck. But to his dismay, Bavo Landewijck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 82 minutes into the match, Chico Munhoz notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Slovan Bratislava's 罗昂渊. 罗昂渊 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the match, Slovan Bratislava's goalkeeper 罗昂渊 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thiago de Carvalho. Federico Anzolin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 罗昂渊 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute, 康克斌 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillerme Batuecas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. 罗昂渊 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Anzolin's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The Slovan Bratislava supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Carnaubeir EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Carnaubeir EC.
