In the 8th match minute, Garadice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bard Ghee to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Ömür Cabir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flannery Perth. Garadice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ömür Cabir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Çakır Aktekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Sedat Regaip was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Breen Todd showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. The supporters of Sefaköy booed when Garadice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobin Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ömür Cabir struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Flannery Perth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sefaköy. Flannery Perth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çakır Aktekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Ömür Cabir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flannery Perth. In the 44th match minute, Garadice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobin Gollogley to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Sefaköy were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Keelin McDonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ahmet Sedat Regaip tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ömür Cabir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flannery Perth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Ömür Cabir who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Flannery Perth when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 56th minute Çakır Aktekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flannery Perth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Sedat Regaip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breen Todd in the 64th minute of play. Ömür Cabir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Garadice's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Çakır Aktekin scored to the left of an out of position Flannery Perth, making the score, 2-4. In the 69th minute, Ali Faruk Tuncaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Bard Ghee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Garadice's Bard Ghee got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sefaköy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
