Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Laheen AFC's Braden McNamara started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Carnaubeir EC's goalkeeper Marcelo Brodel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Braden McNamara. If Jeferson Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hayes Gough's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcelo Brodel firmly grabbed it by the left post. 21 minutes into the game, Thiago de Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ailín McJames was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Thiago de Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carnaubeir EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago de Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ailín McJames breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Jeferson Vasconcelos made a precise shot to the right of Ailín McJames. Laheen AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Chico Munhoz might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ailín McJames. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chico Munhoz ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago de Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeferson Vasconcelos charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeferson Vasconcelos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcelo Brodel had great luck who in the 44thth minute grab hold of the ball when Braden McNamara from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Laheen AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hayes Gough in the 45th minute. Laheen AFC's Hayes Gough was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcelo Brodel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thiago de Carvalho to strike the kick off in the second half. Cássio Teles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ailín McJames came out and tried to block the shot, but Cássio Teles slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 53rd minute. Braden McNamara scored 2-3 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelo Brodel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Carnaubeir EC's goal looked a bit too open when Braden McNamara came free, but Marcelo Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Carnaubeir EC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jeferson Vasconcelos hit a great ball. Bedilia Kirby's late challenge caught a Carnaubeir EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bedilia Kirby helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Laheen AFC's Bedilia Kirby got a free kick in the 67th minute. Thiago de Carvalho's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Ailín McJames on his right side and into the goal. 67 minutes into the game it was 2-4. In the 70th minute Jeferson Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ailín McJames saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Hayes Gough hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chico Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ailín McJames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Hayes Gough got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Carnaubeir EC's zone, Hayes Gough stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Brodel came out of the goal and Hayes Gough tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hayes Gough received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marcelo Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Laheen AFC's zone, Chico Munhoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ailín McJames came out of the goal and Chico Munhoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Carnaubeir EC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Laheen AFC throughout the match.
