Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Talita's Agustin Ospetsu got a free kick in the 35th minute. Domingo Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vânderson Albuquerque hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute Alvaro Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillerme Batuecas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When 狄挺锋 fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carnaubeir EC's protests and gave 狄挺锋 a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Carnaubeir EC got a freekick which was hit by 狄挺锋. When Bernabe Oihan came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Talita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Oihan couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernabe Oihan to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Talita got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Ospetsu.
