With a little luck, Dinamo Zagreb's 孟宇阳 got control of the ball when Hayes Gough tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute Braden McNamara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 孟宇阳 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Braden McNamara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Braden McNamara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 孟宇阳 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Laheen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when 刘兴景 came free, but Ailín McJames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Laheen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theobald McLaughlin to maneuver through the defense. Laheen AFC's Ailín McJames played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 刘兴景 in the 44th minute of play. Hayes Gough's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, 孟宇阳 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Braden McNamara made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hayes Gough in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 孟宇阳 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 孟宇阳 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayes Gough, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute, 林岩景 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braden McNamara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 孟宇阳 having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Hayes Gough was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laheen AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo Zagreb the free kick. In the 62nd minute, Hayes Gough hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Séamus McWill made in the 63rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Harley McWillie. In the 66th minute, Braden McNamara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 孟宇阳 was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 69th minute Hayes Gough shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 孟宇阳 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ailín McJames made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 蒋棋夕 in the 71st minute of play. 孟宇阳 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayes Gough in the 72nd minute of the match. A collision led to Dinamo Zagreb getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. 毛翔升 hit a great ball. 孟宇阳 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hayes Gough went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 81stth minute of the game 贺乐昂 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laheen AFC's Ailín McJames was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th minute, Hayes Gough made a precise shot to the right of 孟宇阳. Dinamo Zagreb's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Finbar McFrancise took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 孟宇阳. 孟宇阳 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 97 minutes into the game, Laheen AFC's Braden McNamara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 孟宇阳 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Laheen AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
