After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Thiago de Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carnaubeir EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago de Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flannery Perth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luizão de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Garadice's goalkeeper Flannery Perth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chico Munhoz. In the 11th match minute, Garadice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawd McCollion to maneuver through the defense. Garadice's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luizão de Carvalho 13 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Marcelo Brodel had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Flannery McFrank's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marcelo Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breen Todd in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Carnaubeir EC booed when Garadice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobin Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flannery Perth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeferson Vasconcelos in the 22nd minute of the match. Jeferson Vasconcelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Garadice's Flannery Perth got control of the ball when Chico Munhoz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thurl Kelly took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Brodel. Marcelo Brodel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Natã Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Tobin Gollogley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inácio Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flannery Perth having to interfere. Marcelo Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thurl Kelly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Carnaubeir EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago de Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Chico Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Flannery Perth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeferson Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flannery Perth having to interfere. Marcelo Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thurl Kelly in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Jeferson Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Garadice's Marcelo Brodel threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tobin Gollogley, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Munhoz in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flannery Perth saved Garadice from getting behind. Bard Ghee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Marcelo Brodel made a huge save. Bard Ghee scored 1-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelo Brodel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flannery Perth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeferson Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Garadice's zone, Chico Munhoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flannery Perth came out of the goal and Chico Munhoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 72 played minutes Garadice got a freekick which was hit by Dewayne Branson. Thiago de Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Jeferson Vasconcelos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeferson Vasconcelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thurl Kelly in the 84th minute of the match. The Carnaubeir EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Garadice's performance. The match ended with a win for Garadice.
