Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thurl Kelly started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute of the match, Thurl Kelly tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matias Rufio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Matias Rufio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Breen Todd in the 12th minute. Matias Rufio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thurl Kelly showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, dynamo's goalkeeper Matias Rufio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Breen Todd. dynamo's Matias Rufio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thurl Kelly in the 31st minute of play. With a little luck, dynamo's Matias Rufio got control of the ball when Breen Todd tried to sneak it across the goal line. Breen Todd came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Matias Rufio could save by the left post. dynamo's Melchor Firme got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Melchor Firme came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the dynamo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melchor Firme couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melchor Firme was the one to do the kick off. Melchor Firme had several of the Garadice's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Flannery Perth as he didn't even see the shot coming. Garadice's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Cornelio Asier scored to the left of an out of position Flannery Perth, making the score, 2-2. The dynamo fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when dynamo's Cornelio Asier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 68 minutes into the game, Thurl Kelly cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Matias Rufio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thurl Kelly in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Rufio saved dynamo from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Firme in the 77th minute of play forced Garadice's goalkeeper Flannery Perth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thurl Kelly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matias Rufio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. If Cornelio Asier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melchor Firme in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flannery Perth saved Garadice from getting behind. The dynamo fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when dynamo's Melchor Firme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Flannery Perth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Firme in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breen Todd in the 96th minute of play forced dynamo's goalkeeper Matias Rufio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. dynamo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
