In the 9th minute Ayi Kusumah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Paulo Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Airborne FC from getting a goal against them. Pedro Paulo Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayi Kusumah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casimiro Jatsu took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cláudio Bittencourt. Cláudio Bittencourt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Airborne FC booed when Red Bull Magnus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. You Wei Xing didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Red Bull Magnus's Pedro Paulo Barreto threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ayi Kusumah, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Airborne FC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pedro Paulo Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ayi Kusumah in the 29th minute of the match. Cláudio Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Jatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Casimiro Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Ayi Kusumah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Casimiro Jatsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Airborne FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Casimiro Jatsu scored 0-4 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cláudio Bittencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Airborne FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casimiro Jatsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Hefter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paulo Barreto having to interfere. Red Bull Magnus made a substitution. Bass Dost replaced You Wei Xing. Red Bull Magnus's Gerson Cruzado was substituted for Richard Hefter. Cláudio Bittencourt was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Casimiro Jatsu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Casimiro Jatsu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. In the 62nd match minute, Red Bull Magnus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerson Cruzado to maneuver through the defense. When Mauro Loureiro fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Bull Magnus's protests and gave Mauro Loureiro a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Red Bull Magnus got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Loureiro. Cláudio Bittencourt made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Casimiro Jatsu sent off a good shot on target. Axel Bäck kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Bass Dost made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Paulo Barreto. Airborne FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The throw-in from Mauro Loureiro in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Airborne FC's Luan Mota. Pedro Paulo Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Bäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Pedro Paulo Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bass Dost in the 83rd minute of play. Red Bull Magnus's Cláudio Bittencourt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Red Bull Magnus from getting a goal against them. After 87 played minutes Airborne FC got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Jatsu. Airborne FC made a substitution. Cássio Chaves replaced Toby Tielemans. In the 88th minute, Casimiro Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute of the game Mauro Loureiro made a throw-in which Paulo Renato Trigo played forward. Bass Dost's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Paulo Barreto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Pedro Paulo Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bass Dost in the 94th minute of the match. Pedro Paulo Barreto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bass Dost's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Airborne FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
