Lauren Van Den Abeele blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goalkeeper Bart-Jan Maenhout had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nuralp Kunter. The supporters of Maden FC booed when Circus BAF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy De Meesemaeckere didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuralp Kunter got free with Bart-Jan Maenhout in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffe Van De Wijngaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the Maden FC defense, Lauren Van Den Abeele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu. The Maden FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu should have stopped the shot. After 32 played minutes Circus BAF got a freekick which was hit by Constantijn Van De Beeck. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steffe Van De Wijngaert in the 34th minute of play forced Maden FC's goalkeeper Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Circus BAF's Bart-Jan Maenhout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Circus BAF from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the match, Ahmet Baki Şanver had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bart-Jan Maenhout. Circus BAF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Baki Şanver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Nuralp Kunter's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bart-Jan Maenhout firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lauren Van Den Abeele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rudy De Meesemaeckere stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Maden FC's zone, Lauren Van Den Abeele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu came out of the goal and Lauren Van Den Abeele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maden FC's Nuralp Kunter got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudy De Meesemaeckere in the 56th minute of play forced Maden FC's goalkeeper Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lauren Van Den Abeele could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu made a huge save. Rudy De Meesemaeckere received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Rudy De Meesemaeckere slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 61st minute. Constantijn Van De Beeck charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Constantijn Van De Beeck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Circus BAF's Constantijn Van De Beeck got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Rudy De Meesemaeckere fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu, passed just outside the right post. Steffe Van De Wijngaert scored 1-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goal looked a bit too open when Nuralp Kunter came free, but Bart-Jan Maenhout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maden FC's Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudy De Meesemaeckere in the 91st minute of play. Arkın Sıbgatullah kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rudy De Meesemaeckere got free with Mümtazer Balkanlıoğlu in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Circus BAF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
