In the 12th match minute, MAFFIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Nilsson to maneuver through the defense. Kjell-Arne Hultman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florian Labus went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Siedlecki came free, but Kjell-Arne Hultman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goal looked a bit too open when Arnold Schwarzenegger came free, but Wasyl Karwowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Wasyl Karwowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's Olgierd Prokowski got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Sylvester Stallone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjell-Arne Hultman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Kosowski in the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Wincent Kajdasz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell-Arne Hultman. MAFFIAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wincent Kajdasz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Arnold Schwarzenegger made a great header on MAFFIAN's corner, it was just that FC Torpedo Dabrowa's Wasyl Karwowski managed to reach the ball for a save. Wasyl Karwowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Gustafsson in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Labus came free, but Kjell-Arne Hultman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Wasyl Karwowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Arnold Schwarzenegger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MAFFIAN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörn Gustafsson in the 56th minute of play forced FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goalkeeper Wasyl Karwowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wasyl Karwowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sylvester Stallone went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Hultman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgierd Prokowski. Wasyl Karwowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Claude Van Damme in the 64th minute of play. Wincent Kajdasz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kjell-Arne Hultman firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Wincent Kajdasz, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 67 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kjell-Arne Hultman was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Siedlecki in the 71st minute of play forced MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Hultman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Cetnar hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Kjell-Arne Hultman made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Wincent Kajdasz sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Jean-Claude Van Damme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wasyl Karwowski was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Jean-Claude Van Damme put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wasyl Karwowski. After a defensive mix-up in FC Torpedo Dabrowa's zone, Jean-Claude Van Damme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wasyl Karwowski came out of the goal and Jean-Claude Van Damme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the FC Torpedo Dabrowa defense, Jean-Claude Van Damme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wasyl Karwowski. The FC Torpedo Dabrowa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wasyl Karwowski should have stopped the shot. MAFFIAN's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
