If Albano Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ryszard Kaczanek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torsten Hammarberg in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Eutor in the 34th minute of play forced GNUSKALLARNA's goalkeeper 狄迪烽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ryszard Kaczanek came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by GNUSKALLARNA's William Shakespeare. But to his dismay, William Shakespeare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 40thth minute of the game Oliver Bierhoff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GNUSKALLARNA's 狄迪烽 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Petter Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Kaczanek having to interfere. Cayetano Distiratsu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Shakespeare stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Villiam Vedholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Kaczanek having to interfere. GNUSKALLARNA's Villiam Vedholm got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boca Juniors fc's Ryszard Kaczanek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villiam Vedholm in the 61st minute of play. Ryszard Kaczanek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villiam Vedholm in the 66th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Boca Juniors fc got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Distiratsu. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torsten Hammarberg during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GNUSKALLARNA's Torsten Hammarberg got a free kick in the 68th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ismael Bizen during the 70th minute. After 71 minutes of play, GNUSKALLARNA's Villiam Vedholm made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ryszard Kaczanek was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors fc's zone, Villiam Vedholm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ryszard Kaczanek came out of the goal and Villiam Vedholm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 狄迪烽 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 狄迪烽 made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Anier Eutor sent off a good shot on target. 79 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors fc's Albano Flores sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 狄迪烽 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute Villiam Vedholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Kaczanek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Oliver Bierhoff took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for 狄迪烽 to make any attempt to save it. Ryszard Kaczanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Löfgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Anier Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ryszard Kaczanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Vedholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Boca Juniors fc's goalkeeper Ryszard Kaczanek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boca Juniors fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
