The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flamengo FSCMZ's Dmytro Novak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wawrzyniec Kissel in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Yolo booed when Flamengo FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şensoy Peyam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Spagnuolo made in the 7th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Maarten De Malier. In the 11th minute, Claudio Spagnuolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dmytro Novak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wawrzyniec Kissel in the 18th minute of the match. Dmytro Novak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wawrzyniec Kissel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Flamengo FSCMZ's Dênis Loureiro got a free kick in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Furtado in the 20th minute of play forced Yolo's goalkeeper Wieslaw Dec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurinho Meira got free with Wieslaw Dec in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Yolo defense, Ramón Furtado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wieslaw Dec. The Yolo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wieslaw Dec should have stopped the shot. Maarten De Malier struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Dmytro Novak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yolo. Wieslaw Dec came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo FSCMZ's Ramón Furtado. But to his dismay, Ramón Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Yolo's goalkeeper Wieslaw Dec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Banaszak. Wieslaw Dec came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo FSCMZ's Ramón Furtado. But to his dismay, Ramón Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Flamengo FSCMZ's Dmytro Novak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wawrzyniec Kissel in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Flamengo FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Iurea came free, but Dmytro Novak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramón Furtado to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Meira in the 51st minute of play forced Yolo's goalkeeper Wieslaw Dec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wawrzyniec Kissel got free with Dmytro Novak in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Wawrzyniec Kissel took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Dmytro Novak to make any attempt to save it. Dmytro Novak made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when André Silva sent off a good shot on target. Wieslaw Dec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şensoy Peyam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Yolo's Cristinel Iurea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Cristinel Iurea kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramón Furtado in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wieslaw Dec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Kissel in the 82nd minute of play forced Flamengo FSCMZ's goalkeeper Dmytro Novak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Flamengo FSCMZ's Dmytro Novak got control of the ball when Wawrzyniec Kissel tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Flamengo FSCMZ getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ramón Furtado hit a great ball. Wieslaw Dec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramón Furtado's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Flamengo FSCMZ got a corner. Yolo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcus de Godoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dmytro Novak made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when André Silva sent off a good shot on target. Wawrzyniec Kissel hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Dmytro Novak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maarten De Malier in the 96th minute of play. Yolo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
