An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Strelec in the 18th minute of play forced Punua's goalkeeper Adan Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Kent Sjöö sped through Punua's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adan Rafel. A hard shot 29 in the game by Damaso Gotzon from a close distance when the talented Štefan Semeno managed to make a qualified save. AFK Petržalka's players were relieved. Dávid Strelec scored 0-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adan Rafel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kent Sjöö recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kent Sjöö in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Rafel saved Punua from getting behind. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Punua's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eduard Ješo was slow to take the kick. During this time AFK Petržalka's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Eduard Ješo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adan Rafel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Adan Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Sjöö in the 43rd minute of play. Zhuang Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Punua made a substitution. Cristoffer Uchiha replaced Damaso Gotzon. After 48 played minutes Punua got a freekick which was hit by Zhuang Yang. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dávid Strelec to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Sjöö in the 54th minute of play forced Punua's goalkeeper Adan Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Kent Sjöö's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adan Rafel was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of AFK Petržalka:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Punua:s goal. The referee gave Punua a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cristoffer Uchiha, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AFK Petržalka's Štefan Semeno. 1-3. Punua made a substitution. Prudencio Bras replaced Prospero Santo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Strelec in the 73rd minute of play forced Punua's goalkeeper Adan Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kent Sjöö could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Adan Rafel made a huge save. Dávid Strelec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Adan Rafel made a huge save. With a little luck, Punua's Adan Rafel got control of the ball when Kent Sjöö tried to sneak it across the goal line. Štefan Semeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Bras in the 100th minute of the match. When the match was over AFK Petržalka could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Punua throughout the match.
