Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoff Stocks in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Abilio in the 18th minute of play forced Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Ignatius Casasola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wojciech Fiszer might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ignatius Casasola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wojciech Fiszer ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Garanhão do SUL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio Teves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Costa spun around in front of the goal 23 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of AFC FUSION's goal. Jan Hop kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, 龙然明 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 37th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Rios to make the kick off. Lino Rios struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ignatius Casasola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. Evandro Cruz replaced Torcato Rebocho. Salvador Lousada's late challenge caught a AFC FUSION's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Lousada helped the player get up and apologised. Jan Hop's shot from long distance in the 65th minute was not bad at all, but Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Rios got free with Ignatius Casasola in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Christoff Stocks hit a great ball. Ignatius Casasola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romulo Abilio in the 80th minute. André Roriz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute of the match, Romulo Abilio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ignatius Casasola saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 87 minutes, Kai Havertz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC FUSION and the Garanhão do SUL players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ignatius Casasola made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Lino Rios sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Rios in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignatius Casasola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Garanhão do SUL supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AFC FUSION's performance. The match ended with a win for AFC FUSION.
