In the 17th minute, Brasibetanõ Pænthers's Marek Kluczyk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iordanis Kopanakis. Iordanis Kopanakis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Iordanis Kopanakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Sandberg in the 21st minute of play. Seahawks V55's Iordanis Kopanakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Seahawks V55 from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Seahawks V55's zone, Henry Lund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iordanis Kopanakis came out of the goal and Henry Lund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Douglas Sandberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iordanis Kopanakis. Seahawks V55's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas Sandberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Douglas Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brasibetanõ Pænthers's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Sandberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordanis Kopanakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Freddie Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigoris Papaggelou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iordanis Kopanakis made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Douglas Sandberg sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Iordanis Kopanakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 黄超亦. 黄超亦 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 42 minutes of play, Brasibetanõ Pænthers's Percival Costa made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iordanis Kopanakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Manolis Kalergis fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seahawks V55's protests and gave Manolis Kalergis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Manolis Kalergis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Percival Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brasibetanõ Pænthers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Seahawks V55's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Percival Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Manolis Kalergis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Freddie Mattsson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grigoris Papaggelou in the 70th minute of play forced Brasibetanõ Pænthers's goalkeeper Freddie Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Percival Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Kopanakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
