Haslemere FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rhys Colley 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Haslemere FC's zone, Antony Galloway stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Lando came out of the goal and Antony Galloway tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haslemere FC's Carlos Lando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Haslemere FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Dakar SC defense, Pôncio Bastos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toby Grainger. The Dakar SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toby Grainger should have stopped the shot. In the 17th match minute, Dakar SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rhys Colley to maneuver through the defense. Rhys Colley took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Lando. Carlos Lando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 23 minutes of play, Dakar SC's Antony Galloway made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Lando was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Cruz in the 26th minute of play forced Dakar SC's goalkeeper Toby Grainger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Cruz hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Haslemere FC defense, Roger Arrowsmith kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Lando. The Haslemere FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Lando should have stopped the shot. After 40 played minutes Antony Galloway rounded Haslemere FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Ross Beecham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dakar SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ross Beecham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Lando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diamantino Areosa during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Diamantino Areosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Cruz made a kick off. If Antony Galloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Emílio Bastos fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haslemere FC's protests and gave Emílio Bastos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dakar SC booed when Haslemere FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Malafaia kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Antony Galloway fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Lando having to interfere. Rhys Colley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Lando having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Ross Beecham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dakar SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ross Beecham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Lando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antony Galloway in the 64th minute of play forced Haslemere FC's goalkeeper Carlos Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rhys Colley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alão Ganete hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Roger Arrowsmith managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dakar SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Arrowsmith was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Lando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roger Arrowsmith scored 7-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Lando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Antony Galloway got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, Dakar SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Spike Parry to maneuver through the defense. Dakar SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
