Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rhys Colley started the match with the kick off. Placeres's Endira Seron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rhys Colley in the 6th minute of play. If Antony Galloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ross Beecham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belo Olazaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Toby Grainger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Argider Lomas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Toby Grainger. That made the score 1-2 in the 21 minute of play. In the 23rd minute Pablo Urquia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toby Grainger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Endira Seron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antony Galloway in the 25th minute of the match. If Pablo Urquia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claus Guardia charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claus Guardia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Placeres got a freekick which was hit by Claus Guardia. Endira Seron came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Dakar SC's Rhys Colley. But to his dismay, Rhys Colley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Rhys Colley sped through Placeres's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Endira Seron. Rodney Frost scored 1-6 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Endira Seron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Dakar SC were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Argider Lomas made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Dakar SC's Ross Beecham nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Endira Seron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. In the 56th minute, Ross Beecham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dakar SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. Toby Grainger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Urquia in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Placeres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Larra Herrea to maneuver through the defense. If Antony Galloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Argider Lomas kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Placeres's Tito Marroquin got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Pablo Urquia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antony Galloway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Endira Seron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Belo Olazaran in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toby Grainger saved Dakar SC from getting behind. Endira Seron made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Rodney Frost sent off a good shot on target. Antony Galloway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
