The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for O Fantástico Jaspion. In the 18th minute Emílio Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. O Fantástico Jaspion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haslemere FC the free kick. Vânderson Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pôncio Bastos in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Salles saved O Fantástico Jaspion from getting behind. After a rather tough play, O Fantástico Jaspion's Dieguinho Zonta got a free kick in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amílton Munhoz in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Lando saved Haslemere FC from getting behind. The supporters of Haslemere FC booed when O Fantástico Jaspion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kiko dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Pôncio Bastos took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Salles. Teodoro Salles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Zé Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emílio Bastos charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emílio Bastos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Haslemere FC's Emílio Bastos got a free kick in the 60th minute. Amílton Munhoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrique Correia lost his temper 69 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Henrique Correia hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. A nice corner shot did that Pedrão Maia got away a dangerous shot. Carlos Lando came out of the goal and Francisco Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pôncio Bastos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pôncio Bastos came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Haslemere FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pôncio Bastos couldn't finish the play. If Amílton Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pôncio Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Teodoro Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Francisco Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Haslemere FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant O Fantástico Jaspion side.
