Naldo Brodel took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emiliano Betadur. Emiliano Betadur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 35thth minute of the game Adrianinho Hoffmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Marcos FC's Emiliano Betadur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Luisinho Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruperto Norino to strike the kick off in the second half. If Naldo Brodel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Salmonella's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
