Jedd Marom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trevor Featherstone having to interfere. Yossi Ben-Rachamim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Leigh's goal looked a bit too open when Avi Brotchi came free, but Trevor Featherstone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Etham Rosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Leigh's Victor Oates ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yossi Ben-Rachamim. Yossi Ben-Rachamim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zchariyhu Shelly in the 18th minute of play forced Leigh's goalkeeper Trevor Featherstone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jedd Marom kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Sepharad Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yerach Strongin to maneuver through the defense. Trevor Featherstone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avi Brotchi in the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Leigh getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Dennis Baker hit a great ball. Leigh's Trevor Featherstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Sinder in the 28th minute of play. Trevor Featherstone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Sinder in the 30th minute of the match. Trevor Featherstone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erel Pappo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sepharad Athletic's Avi Brotchi in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leigh's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zchariyhu Shelly in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trevor Featherstone saved Leigh from getting behind. Leigh's Trevor Featherstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Sinder in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Avi Brotchi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trevor Featherstone. Leigh's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avi Brotchi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Andy Bailey kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Avi Brotchi was the one to do the kick off. Zchariyhu Shelly succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 52nd playminute. Trevor Featherstone made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Zchariyhu Shelly sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute Victor Oates shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yossi Ben-Rachamim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leigh's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dennis Baker in the 59th minute. Leigh's Dennis Baker was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yossi Ben-Rachamim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 62nd match minute, Sepharad Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etham Rosen to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Leigh's goalkeeper Trevor Featherstone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Sinder. After 74 minutes of play, Sepharad Athletic's Marcelo Sinder made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yossi Ben-Rachamim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jed Tarratut kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sepharad Athletic walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
