Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When the match clock showed 2 minutes, the score became 0-1 when James Gichuki sped through Malvinas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Higinio Ostots. Higinio Ostots showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mickey Owino in the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match, Damian Chesus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Walter Kiptum saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Malvinas's Americo Tome slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walter Kiptum. That made the score 1-1 after 21 minutes of play. Robustiano Chinto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. James Gichuki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Ostots read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Higinio Ostots showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Gichuki, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Walter Kiptum successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 41 minutes, Mickey Owino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olmaroroi fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mickey Owino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute James Gichuki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Ostots saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Gichuki in the 46th minute of play forced Malvinas's goalkeeper Higinio Ostots to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when James Gichuki made the kick off in the second half. Americo Tome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Kiptum having to interfere. Americo Tome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Higinio Ostots made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Mickey Owino sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the match, John Muttendago notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Malvinas's Higinio Ostots. Higinio Ostots was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abdilatif Kimeu struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Higinio Ostots didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olmaroroi fc. In the 72nd minute Americo Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Kiptum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Ostots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Muttendago in the 73rd minute of play. Higinio Ostots came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Olmaroroi fc's Mickey Owino. But to his dismay, Mickey Owino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Walter Kiptum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Ortzi in the 83rd minute of play. Walter Kiptum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Ortzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Higinio Ostots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Gichuki in the 89th minute of play. The corner led Olmaroroi fc's Mickey Owino to fire away a dangerous shot which Higinio Ostots despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Olmaroroi fc's Walter Kiptum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Ortzi in the 93rd minute of play. John Muttendago's late challenge caught a Malvinas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. John Muttendago helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Malvinas booed when Olmaroroi fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Muttendago didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Olmaroroi fc players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
