After having played for 20 minutes, Martin Jax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GERLIROJO Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Jax was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andres Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fernando Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Andres Lastur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 44 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Jax came free, but Dalmo Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Abreu in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Luís Fernando Vides could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Andres Lastur made a huge save. Andres Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koppány Selymes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 53 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Toledo. A sloppy throw-in by Arnout Van den Wyngaert in the 55th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jaru-Uaru's Mo Ning De. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrique Toledo during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Jaru-Uaru's zone, Martin Jax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmo Saldanha came out of the goal and Martin Jax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. GERLIROJO Ψ made a substitution. Epifanio Ibañez replaced Martin Jax. Epifanio Ibañez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Saldanha having to interfere. When the match was over Jaru-Uaru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than GERLIROJO Ψ throughout the match.
