Dalmo Saldanha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Enrique Toledo in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by GREEK ARMY's Bon Culot. Dalmo Saldanha made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Lambis Kazantzakoglou sent off a good shot on target. Styrbjörn Stokken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Styrbjörn Stokken didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Mendes went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the match, Nicasio Abreu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Styrbjörn Stokken. After 35 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by Koppány Selymes. The crowd rose to their feet as Grigoris Karagiotakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dalmo Saldanha. That made the score 2-2 in the 36 minute of play. Styrbjörn Stokken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fernando Vides in the 40th minute of the match. Dalmo Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 44th minute. If Nicasio Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Styrbjörn Stokken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fernando Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jaru-Uaru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mo Ning De in the 54th minute. GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaru-Uaru the free kick. After 63 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Omiros Rodanakis. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Styrbjörn Stokken successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dalmo Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Luís Fernando Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes of play, Jaru-Uaru's Koppány Selymes made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Styrbjörn Stokken was left in no man's land by his defense there! Styrbjörn Stokken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Lambis Kazantzakoglou came free, but Dalmo Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Koppány Selymes got free with Styrbjörn Stokken in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the match, Koppány Selymes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Styrbjörn Stokken. GREEK ARMY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Koppány Selymes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. GREEK ARMY's Grigoris Karagiotakis got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jaru-Uaru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
