With a left leg Domingo Bulnes saved ✪ XV de Umarizal from getting behind. The corner ended in Dawid Beckham almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ✪ XV de Umarizal's Domingo Bulnes did a great save. After having played for 24 minutes, Lino Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC FUSION's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Rios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, ✪ XV de Umarizal's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Domingo Bulnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AFC FUSION's Lino Rios managed to work through ✪ XV de Umarizal's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Lino Rios dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save AFC FUSION from getting a goal against them. In the 37thth minute of the game Lino Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ✪ XV de Umarizal's Domingo Bulnes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot by Valdomiro Ribeiro from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Roberto Eztebe's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Domingo Bulnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 45th minute of play.

After a defensive mix-up in ✪ XV de Umarizal's zone, Lino Rios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Bulnes came out of the goal and Lino Rios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingo Bulnes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. Lino Rios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Jardel in the 59th minute of the match. Fabrício Jardel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Eztebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when ✪ XV de Umarizal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bai Yan Yong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingo Bulnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dawid Beckham, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute.
