After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Redbourn AFC! Amir Lee who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Afiz Teo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 16 minutes into the game, Ron Boon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dario Wilhelm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Redbourn AFC from getting a goal against them. Amir Lee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Afiz Teo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Cascade Park West's Piotr Brzakala got a free kick in the 21st minute. Afiz Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldo Renteria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Allen Dalton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Teo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Waldo Renteria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cascade Park West's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldo Renteria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afiz Teo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th match minute, Redbourn AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danial Koh to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Afiz Seng got a free kick in the 30th minute. Rolland Hobbs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Afiz Teo made a huge save. With a little luck, Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo got control of the ball when Amir Lee tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 41 played minutes Redbourn AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ron Boon. A collision led to Redbourn AFC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Afiz Seng hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Waldo Renteria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amir Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Afiz Teo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Amir Lee came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Cascade Park West fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amir Lee couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Waldo Renteria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Ron Boon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dario Wilhelm, 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Tan in the 75th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Afiz Seng got a free kick in the 78th minute. Amir Lee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amir Lee came free, but Afiz Teo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Chong was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 85 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Redbourn AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cascade Park West:s goal. Wang Sha Qian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Afiz Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wang Sha Qian, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Afiz Teo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amir Lee's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Afiz Teo came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Cascade Park West's Amir Lee. But to his dismay, Amir Lee quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cascade Park West fully deserved thier win.
