Canada's Antony Bruno was substituted for Zlatko Ibrahimović. The wind increased when Antony Bruno made the kick off in the second half. Aðalsteinn Esbjærg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antony Bruno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armand Quison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Darrel Pennington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aðalsteinn Esbjærg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes of play, Canada's Antony Bruno made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armand Quison was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, Antony Bruno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Armand Quison. Antony Bruno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Canada's Antony Bruno got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrew Tongson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Armand Quison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antony Bruno in the 98th minute.
