Hannan Hamdani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the match, Daşdämir Albändiyev dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hannan Hamdani, 2-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Äliqulu Vermäliyev made a kick off. After some careless play in the Azerbaijan defense, Amnon Mitta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov. The Azerbaijan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov should have stopped the shot. If Amnon Mitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Säftär Güläliyev hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 57 minutes of play, Israel's Amnon Mitta made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute Äşräf Ämrahov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannan Hamdani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Azerbaijan booed when Israel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amnon Mitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Qaryağdı Isayev's late challenge caught a Israel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Qaryağdı Isayev helped the player get up and apologised. Qaryağdı Isayev hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Qaryağdı Isayev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amnon Mitta in the 68th minute of play. Daşdämir Albändiyev scored 3-4 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hannan Hamdani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Amnon Mitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Jared Wolfman sent off a good shot on target. Able Schneerson kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amnon Mitta in the 83rd minute of play forced Azerbaijan's goalkeeper Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Danell Mackiathan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Danell Mackiathan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Äşräf Ämrahov struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Hannan Hamdani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azerbaijan. In the 91st minute, Azazyahu Danilov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov. The goal made the score 3-6. Azerbaijan's Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amnon Mitta in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Azerbaijan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daşdämir Albändiyev to maneuver through the defense. Hannan Hamdani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daşdämir Albändiyev in the 97th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Israel walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
