The referee ignored Armada's protests and gave Kylian Henry a yellow card for diving instead. Kylian Henry kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Despite this Emil Duset quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 41 minutes into the game, Oskar Arenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cristi Miheș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 45 minutes, Kylian Henry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Armada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kylian Henry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Stellan Wallmark got free with Cristi Miheș in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 54 minutes, Kylian Henry made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sundborn IF's Emil Duset tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Iosif Şiman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Armada made a substitution. Edgar Șeicaru replaced Ma Feng Sen. When Armada's Kylian Henry in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sundborn IF's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Sundborn IF defense, Kylian Henry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Duset. The Sundborn IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Duset should have stopped the shot. Sundborn IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
