An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Casco in the 20th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ren Hong Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. Carlos Germano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Lewandowski went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 27 minutes of play, Freezerpool FC's Matias Casco made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Germano was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Matias Casco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 minutes, Segundo Casco made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute Robert Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Casco in the 38th minute of the match. Freezerpool FC were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matias Casco took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Abreu got free with Deilmison Oblak in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deilmison Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Abreu in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Robert Lewandowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Germano. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Lewandowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Lewandowski to make the kick off. Segundo Casco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Carlos Germano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 58 minutes, Matias Casco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Freezerpool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Casco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Casco in the 61st minute of play. Deilmison Oblak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Jaizki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Paolo Caradaro hit a great ball. Matias Casco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Carlos Germano made a huge save. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the match, Freezerpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Abreu came free, but Deilmison Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a penalty for Club Atlético Atlanta! Freezerpool FC's Matias Casco got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Henry in the 92nd minute of play. Matias Casco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Freezerpool FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atlético Atlanta throughout the match.
