Xu Yun Quan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xu Yun Quan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkın Uğursoy having to interfere. Kerry Sellers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alkın Uğursoy having to make a save. Alkın Uğursoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerry Sellers in the 28th minute of the match. The throw-in from Erberk Müftüoğlu in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 1901 Black Stockings F.C.'s Luo Ying Xi. Xu Yun Quan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Kerry Sellers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alkın Uğursoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xu Yun Quan to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes C. A. Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Erberk Müftüoğlu. 54 minutes into the match, 1901 Black Stockings F.C.'s goalkeeper Alkın Uğursoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xu Yun Quan. Iskandar de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Mondragón having to interfere. If Iskandar de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Farid Mondragón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iskandar de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes 1901 Black Stockings F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eric Snowden who took care of the corner kick. C. A. Independiente made a substitution. Sidney Forbes replaced Xu Yun Quan. C. A. Independiente's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eric Snowden in the 77th minute. Eric Snowden made a great header on C. A. Independiente's corner, it was just that 1901 Black Stockings F.C.'s Alkın Uğursoy managed to reach the ball for a save. 1901 Black Stockings F.C.'s Luo Ying Xi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Erberk Müftüoğlu in the 82 minute of the game. Batıkan Hazar hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 1901 Black Stockings F.C.'s Alkın Uğursoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerry Sellers in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Iskandar de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1901 Black Stockings F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Iskandar de Lara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Farid Mondragón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The C. A. Independiente players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented 1901 Black Stockings F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
