In the 5th minute, Arturo Platon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Doyle Forrest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Lundström in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to HimmeL AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Honorato Madeo hit a great ball. Gaspar Ayala struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Afonsinho Vergílio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Equipo Abandonado. In the 16th minute Victor Eliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonsinho Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Hechter in the 17th minute of play forced Equipo Abandonado's goalkeeper Doyle Forrest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Braulio Cordaryal in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Doyle Forrest, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Equipo Abandonado's Doyle Forrest got control of the ball when Arne Lundström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afonsinho Vergílio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Platon went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Equipo Abandonado's Doyle Forrest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Pietro in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute HimmeL AFC were awarded a corner. Tomás Branca went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led HimmeL AFC's Maximiliano Cebrian to fire away a dangerous shot which Doyle Forrest despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 38 minutes into the game, HimmeL AFC's Braulio Cordaryal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doyle Forrest made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Pietro in the 41st minute of play forced Equipo Abandonado's goalkeeper Doyle Forrest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Equipo Abandonado defense, Braulio Cordaryal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Doyle Forrest. The Equipo Abandonado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Doyle Forrest should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Braulio Cordaryal made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Equipo Abandonado defense, Braulio Pietro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Doyle Forrest. The Equipo Abandonado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Doyle Forrest should have stopped the shot. In the 61stth minute of the game Braulio Cordaryal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Equipo Abandonado's Doyle Forrest was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Doyle Forrest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Cordaryal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes, Braulio Cordaryal made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Equipo Abandonado's Doyle Forrest tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 70 minutes of play, HimmeL AFC's Valentin Roland made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doyle Forrest was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, Equipo Abandonado's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Cordaryal came free, but Doyle Forrest reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes Equipo Abandonado got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Merexildo. Doyle Forrest stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Braulio Cordaryal's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Doyle Forrest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Cordaryal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Iker Omero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Tomás Branca managed to get in a good position for a shot. HimmeL AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Branca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doyle Forrest breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Doyle Forrest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Pietro in the 88th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans van Beukering in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doyle Forrest saved Equipo Abandonado from getting behind. Doyle Forrest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Cordaryal, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 93 minutes, Edgardo Merexildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Equipo Abandonado and the HimmeL AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Equipo Abandonado's Doyle Forrest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Pietro in the 95th minute of play. Doyle Forrest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Cordaryal in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the HimmeL AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
