After 5 minutes, Zico Orange made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Vakoufi Utd's Charis Raftopoulos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vakoufi Utd's Charis Raftopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Orange in the 8th minute of play. Casemiro Orange kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Aykut Berksan made in the 13th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Wu Yi Feng however managed to control. In the 14th minute of the match, Bruno-Henrique Orange got a very nice opportunity to score, but Charis Raftopoulos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Charis Raftopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Orange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Ağyar in the 33rd minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Edinho Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Konstantinos Tsevas who took care of the corner kick. After 35 minutes, Huang Tian Ao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vakoufi Utd and the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Vakoufi Utd got a freekick which was hit by Huang Tian Ao. Edinho Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Tsevas, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Aykut Berksan made in the 39th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Wu Yi Feng. When Birkan Balıkçı came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Vakoufi Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birkan Balıkçı couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute Konstantinos Tsevas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute Zico Orange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Raftopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd minute, Zico Orange ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charis Raftopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Edinho Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Korpetis in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute of the game Aykut Berksan made a throw-in which Wu Yi Feng played forward. Gaston Jerrald who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Edinho Pirani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 62nd minute Zico Orange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Raftopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Vakoufi Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno-Henrique Orange came free, but Charis Raftopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vakoufi Utd's zone, Zico Orange stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charis Raftopoulos came out of the goal and Zico Orange tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birkan Balıkçı in the 69th minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Edinho Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno-Henrique Orange received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Charis Raftopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zico Orange blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charis Raftopoulos having to make a save. After having played for 80 minutes, Bec Orange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bec Orange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute of the game Aykut Berksan made a throw-in which Konstantinos Tsevas played forward. Vakoufi Utd's Charis Raftopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Orange in the 89th minute of play. Vakoufi Utd's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
