The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nurettin Çağakan got free with Rafael Abeita in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Mansur Süvarioğlu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Isidro Arias, made in the 33rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in CLATHU's zone, Özgür Göktürk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Abeita came out of the goal and Özgür Göktürk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Korkut Sekib put in a rough tackle. Başar Onguner kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Recep Talha Uçhan came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by CLATHU's Atilano Celipe. But to his dismay, Atilano Celipe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CLATHU were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Cipriano Lander made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, CLATHU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Arias to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Recep Talha Uçhan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 71st minute Mahir Buyrukalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute Cipriano Lander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recep Talha Uçhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahir Buyrukalp couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Cipriano Lander kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Recep Talha Uçhan. That made the score 0-2 in the 95 minute of play. The ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CLATHU's performance. The match ended with a win for CLATHU.
