With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brend Van Linthoudt in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Walczyk saved Mauda from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by David De Raeijmaecker in the 12th minute of play forced Mauda's goalkeeper Artur Walczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. North Hill United's Jamal Musiala pulled a muscle in his back after 13 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Herbert Brysz charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herbert Brysz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes Mauda got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Brysz. Brend Van Linthoudt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Herbert Brysz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Mauda's goal looked a bit too open when Brend Van Linthoudt came free, but Artur Walczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mauda's zone, Brend Van Linthoudt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. North Hill United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brend Van Linthoudt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Mauda defense, Brend Van Linthoudt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Walczyk. The Mauda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Walczyk should have stopped the shot. 41 minutes into the game, North Hill United's David De Raeijmaecker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Walczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. A collision led to Mauda getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Herbert Brysz hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Brend Van Linthoudt made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Artur Walczyk managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when North Hill United's David De Raeijmaecker fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Mauda's Artur Walczyk got control of the ball when Brend Van Linthoudt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 minutes of play Mauda's Herbert Brysz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of North Hill United booed when Mauda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Mios didn't get a good kick on the ball.
