Boca Jr. FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.U.E. DE COMERCIO the free kick. After some careless play in the Boca Jr. FC defense, Sergio Mustafa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 石翔晨. The Boca Jr. FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 石翔晨 should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute Sergio Mustafa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 石翔晨 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes Boca Jr. FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Seb Gentiletti who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Isaac Incendio heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The referee gave Narciso Papo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of C.U.E. DE COMERCIO booed when Boca Jr. FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Papo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Mustafa got free with 石翔晨 in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. DE COMERCIO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
