Krister Jonassons short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got 莫林飞 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 贵州贵阳公羊队's 莫林飞 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save 贵州贵阳公羊队 from getting a goal against them. 郝树潮 hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 莫林飞 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krister Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 姚笑青 hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Malmö FF's Östen Johnsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 莫林飞 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Östen Johnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jörn Palm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 莫林飞 having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Johnny Källberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malmö FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Källberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 莫林飞 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the match, 贵州贵阳公羊队's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Öman came free, but 莫林飞 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Krister Jonasson notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of 贵州贵阳公羊队's 莫林飞. 莫林飞 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the 贵州贵阳公羊队 defense, Östen Johnsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 莫林飞. The 贵州贵阳公羊队 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 莫林飞 should have stopped the shot. After 93 played minutes Malmö FF got a freekick which was hit by Albin Andberg. After a rather tough play, Malmö FF's Kent Öman got a free kick in the 95th minute. A hard shot by 曲耀城 from long distance, 97 minutes into the match, got Greger Lindmark's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. There was no doubt that Malmö FF were the better team. Malmö FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
