Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Octav Glodeanu started the match with the kick off. When FC Steaua București's Octav Glodeanu in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mauda's goalie prevented a goal. In the 9thth minute of the game Dan Iovanovici who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mauda's Artur Walczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Hobjilă in the 15th minute of play forced Mauda's goalkeeper Artur Walczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Dan Iovanovici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Walczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Walczyk came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Steaua București's Dan Iovanovici. But to his dismay, Dan Iovanovici quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 19 minutes, Octav Glodeanu made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Mauda's Artur Walczyk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Steaua București's Mihăiţă Babarada got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krzysztof Mios scored 1-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilie Scripcaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th match minute, FC Steaua București was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codruț Răuțchi to maneuver through the defense. Benedykt Palzewicz shot from long distance in the 30th minute, but Ilie Scripcaru was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Marek Rykaczewski's late challenge caught a FC Steaua București's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marek Rykaczewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th match minute, Mauda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Rykaczewski to maneuver through the defense. After 32 minutes, Octav Glodeanu made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Mauda's Artur Walczyk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Octav Glodeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Walczyk having to interfere. Artur Walczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octav Glodeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 47 minutes, Octav Glodeanu made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Mauda's Artur Walczyk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Krzysztof Mios to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Mauda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Puszynski to maneuver through the defense. In the 61stth minute of the game Octav Glodeanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mauda's Artur Walczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Glodeanu in the 64th minute of play forced Mauda's goalkeeper Artur Walczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dan Iovanovici struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Artur Walczyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Steaua București. Mihăiţă Babarada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Artur Walczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Mauda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Rykaczewski to maneuver through the defense. After 75 minutes of play, FC Steaua București's Octav Glodeanu made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Walczyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Steaua București's Dan Iovanovici was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Octav Glodeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 89 in the game by Octav Glodeanu from a close distance when the talented Artur Walczyk managed to make a qualified save. Mauda's players were relieved. In the 96th minute Octav Glodeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Walczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Steaua București's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
