An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianus Husodo in the 35th minute of play forced Carlitos Team's goalkeeper Angelino Abaunza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurniawan Ramandha lost his temper 42 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The PSPS RIAU players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carlitos Team were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yanyan Sukmara to make the kick off. Angelino Abaunza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yanyan Sukmara in the 51st minute of the match.
